PASARA LICENSE
The private security agency means which involve the business in providing security guard and other related service at establishment as an alternate to the police. PSARA Security agencies are govern by the Private Security Agencies Regulation Act, 2005. Popularly known as PSARA. PSARA License is a prerequisite before any person starts a private security business in India, As per PASARA Act,2005, The PSARA Act covers the formation, operation, regulation, and disqualification of private security agencies in India.
Issuance of PASARA license is a State matter as the rules is different for different states Private security agencies involved in providing security services including training of security guards shall obtain PASARA license.
